CMS to Centralize Registry Reporting

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced that they are developing a centralized repository for public health agency and clinical data registry reporting. Data must be submitted through the registries annually, between September 1st and October 31st. This repository is expected to be available early in 2017. The goal is to help those who report locate a group or entity they can submit their data to. This includes eligible professionals, eligible hospitals, and critical access hospitals.

The complete information, and the “Public Health Agency & Clinical Data registry Centralized Repository Input Form” can be found on the CMS website.
